Welcome Parents and Caregivers,

At the Rochester Alternative Learning Center we identify and remove barriers to ensure each student’s educational success. We build the capacity for students to engage in school, and thrive as solutions-oriented learners and citizens. Our staff will facilitate each student’s acquisition of essential academic and 21st century skills. We empower all staff, students, families and partners to be active members of this inclusive community school.

We have many different educational options for students who have experienced difficulty in previous education systems and are at risk of educational failure.

If you’re interested in attending RALC, you must be a student enrolled in Rochester Public Schools, complete a referral form, and then meet at least one of the nine high school graduation incentives.
